No. It includes the same non-exclusive Online Sale structure, so you may appoint other agencies while IMOJA delivers the agreed scope.
Choose it before service activation. If Online Sale is already active, ask IMOJA to assess a change separately. Any new scope, price or credit must be confirmed in a new written agreement before it applies.
IMOJA can coordinate information and timing, but drafting, reviewing and advising on a CPCV or other legal document remains the responsibility of the lawyer, solicitor or notary appointed for the transaction.
Yes. The service includes one visit by IMOJA to attend the final transfer signing in mainland Portugal. The date and place are arranged in advance. If the appointment changes before IMOJA begins travelling, that visit remains included. Once IMOJA has travelled or attended, a repeat visit requires written confirmation and may be charged separately.
No. Completion still depends on the buyer, seller, finance, documents, authorities and appointed professionals. IMOJA organises the agreed steps but cannot guarantee that the transaction will complete or promise a completion date.
