What does the €499 Online Sale include?

For one accepted property, it provides a 90-day online marketing and administration service: listing preparation, basic optimisation of suitable owner photographs, agreed-channel publication, My IMOJA, enquiry and viewing coordination, offer relay and a document-readiness checklist. You conduct the physical viewings. Any activity legally classified as real-estate mediation is governed by the applicable written mediation agreement.

How is the €499 price paid?

The €499 VAT-included Online Sale service fee is paid once when the accepted 90-day service is activated, before listing preparation and publication begin. It pays for the defined service and is not conditional on the property selling. Creating a Property File remains free and creates no payment obligation.

Do I need separate portal accounts or apps?

No. IMOJA manages the agreed professional publication channels. My IMOJA brings publication status, available channel performance, enquiries, viewings, offers, documents and team communication together. The data shown and update frequency depend on what each connected channel officially supplies.

What if I want IMOJA to run the whole sale?

Choose Full Agency. The exclusive service is 2% + VAT, subject to a minimum of €2,000 + VAT. Professional photography, physical viewings, active negotiation and completion coordination are included in the agreed scope. A 3% + VAT non-exclusive option is also available.
