Yes. Online Sale is non-exclusive. You may use other agencies and continue looking for a buyer yourself. You host the viewings and decide which offers to accept.
We prepare the listing in Portuguese and English, edit suitable photographs you supply and publish through Idealista, Imovirtual, OLX, CustoJusto, Kyero and imoja.pt. We also promote it through IMOJA's own channels, handle enquiries and send you every viewing request and offer. You host viewings. The service is non-exclusive; each portal applies its own publication rules.
Choose Full-Service Sale. IMOJA organises photography, markets the property, hosts viewings, handles negotiation and coordinates completion. The fee is 2% + VAT with exclusivity, minimum €2,460 including VAT, or 3% + VAT without exclusivity, minimum €3,690 including VAT. Legal, tax and other independent professional fees are separate.
