How do I calculate estate agent commission with VAT?
Multiply the sale price by the commission percentage, then add VAT to that fee. For example, €300,000 at 5% is €15,000 before VAT, or €18,450 when the VAT rate entered is 23%. Check any minimum fee and the agreed service scope separately.
