INE · Lisbon
Lisbon property prices in the latest official INE data.
The official municipal median gives a useful benchmark for completed home sales. It does not price a specific Lisbon apartment, street or building.

Median completed-sale value
12 months ending in the first quarter of 2026
€5,082/m²A median is not a property valuation. One city figure covers very different homes.
Lisbon combines historic apartments, recent developments, river-facing homes and outer residential neighbourhoods. Lift access, floor, condition, outdoor space, energy performance and exact parish can move an individual result far from the municipal median.
Use the figure as a broad guide to completed sale prices. When deciding on a sale price, compare recent sales in the immediate area with a similar property type, condition and size. Multiplying the floor area by a single city-wide figure is not enough.

Questions about the municipal figure.
Is this an average asking price?
No. It is the median value per square metre from completed family-home sales recorded in official administrative data over the preceding 12 months.
Can I multiply my area by this value to set the asking price?
That produces only a rough benchmark. Exact location, property type, condition, floor, outdoor space, parking, records and current competing supply can materially change the result.
