Online Sale costs €499 including VAT for one property and 90 days; you host viewings. Full Service costs 2% + VAT with exclusivity, minimum €2,460 including VAT, or 3% + VAT without exclusivity, minimum €3,690 including VAT.
Can I sell without exclusivity?
Yes. Online Sale and non-exclusive Full Service allow other agents, subject to the written mediation agreement.
Who handles viewings?
The owner hosts viewings with Online Sale. IMOJA hosts viewings and supports negotiation with Full Service.
Which documents are normally needed?
